One: Being Born in a Graveyard Called Afghanistan

Aref Saboor
Ijust held the life to be alive and I am still holding it. In this holding process, it’s hard to understand whether the life is tuck in me or I am stuck with the life! Maybe there so many living beings got stuck out there in life just as I am. Maybe it’s the nature of the body -our physical appearance- which holds the life. Hard to remain with the decision whether life caused our physical appearance or the physical appearance hunted the life! To skip these useless questions, I just want to say that I born in a tiny place in the world map titled as Afghanistan! A toxic colonized title name for a piece of Earth that tragically impacted and intoxicated its human living beings. I born there and I am still holding the life.
Living beings as humans in Afghanistan, are just alive. If I zoom this sentence a bit, life holds human beings in Afghanistan to make the world believe that they are living. There are few living beings like me who holds the life!
Holding the life is more painful than being held by the life!
It has been 32 years that I am holding but I was not able to begin to live! If you were born in Afghanistan, you have no permission to begin living, you’ll have two choices as I have explained it the previous words. 32 years I have been breathing without even noticing that I am able to breathe!
If you are not colonized by the media, you won’t stop reading my words just because I was born in that toxic piece of Earth called Afghanistan as media visualized to you, you can’t do this discrimination to me if you are not colonized or poured with false information by the toxic machine called media!
The only side effect of being born in Afghanistan is, half of your age is being forcibly wasted by national and international excuses!
The national excuses are the commercial religion and religious scholars. And the international excuses are those who commercially support these religious scholars and funds them to f*uck the brains of young generation to make them hold the life or being held by the life but have no permission to begin living! The young generation is always victims of these two great excuses.
It’s like breaking the bones of a society when the target is young generation. These two great excuses create a toxic environment which is impossible to survive especially for young generation. And even they create a possibility to take the young generation out or make them to leave by different threats! The national and international excuses, want the rest of living beings as victims just to keep them alive and swallow the rest of soil and its natural resources presenting them commercial promises and to create a colonized mindset.
In Afghanistan, not only the soil and the natural resources are colonized, but also, the ethnics, the languages, the culture, the poets, religion, products, humans, mindsets, mosques and even the oxygen is colonized! And It’s hard to consume and breathe a colonized oxygen!
That’s why, it was hard for me to survive in that country breathing the colonized oxygen. People out there do breathe and alive, but my lungs were already damaged by awareness to purify that oxygen and survive. And with these dead lungs I married a woman and we gave life to a daughter and never wanted damage our daughter’s life so that we moved out of the country in order to save her never know nowhere is safe in this world anymore!
I wasn’t able to be a Gandhi Ji and fight against those two great excuses to purify the oxygen in my land to save my people. Even history is colonized and it accepts no more heroes! I looked into the eyes of my wife and my daughter, I saw the ability of saving only these two human beings and I did my responsibility. At least I did my Gandhi role for my own life and I think it’s the responsibility of every family to-Gandhi their own life! Every person is a Gandhi and his/her life is the India to decolonize and save it from colonizing Godzillas!
